celebrating commerce, community and culture

The Maynard Fest draws thousands to downtown Maynard and is always on the 1st Saturday in October, from 9 am. to 3 pm. The event includes dozens of sidewalk sales, over 100 vendors and free family entertainment. It is sure to please both young and old, including free children's events such as pony rides and the Annual Open Studios at ArtSpace Maynard. Nason Street, and much of Main Street, is closed for this event. Maynard Fest is traditionally followed by the Maynard Rotary Club's Oktoberfest at Clock Tower Place featuring a beer garden and fireworks.
