Chamber Meetings and Volunteer Salute
Economic Development Chairperson Don Garcia, Chamber Chairman Dick Downey and Senator Resor join Mark Federico at the recent Anytime Fitness Grand Opening.

VOLUNTEER SALUTE!

Over 20 volunteers assisted us at our recent Harvest Golf Classic this past October. Special thanks are in order for Ray Murphy (Hudson Savings Bank), Allen Boemer (Architect), Don Schiavone (SageBridge), Tony Loureiro (L&S Insurance), Glenn Davis (Architect), Bill Sullivan (RW Holmes Realty), Charlie Allen (Active Oak), Steve Zeigler (Custom Star Framers), Nancy Frederickson (Edward Jones), Erin Thomas (Holiday Inn Boxborough), Mary McDonald (Hudson Savings Bank), Dave Rykbost (Dave's Landscape Management), Linda Dodge (Marlborough Hospital), Paula Copley (Middlesex Savings Bank), Maria Davis, Brandon Borg (Borg Design), Nancy Opp (Eclectica Designs), Alice Pillivant (Gramps' Garage), Lindsay Bickel (Holiday Inn Boxborough) and Rich Harrity (Hudson Savings Bank).

Four volunteers assisted us with vendor registration and photography at this year's Maynard Fest. Thanks are given to Dick Downey (Boyd Coatings Research), Dave Rykbost (Dave's Landscape Management), Marlene Thomas (Middlesex Savings Bank) and Dave Herrington (Active Oak LLC).

Seven volunteers helped us at the Chamber table and with photography and the Annual Downtown Trick or Treats. Our appreciation goes to Dave Rykbost (Dave's Landscape Management), Dick Downey (Boyd Coatings Research), Dave Herrington (Active Oak), Susan Getgood (GetGood Marketing), Kathy Leon (Hudson Education Foundation) and HHS Students Katie Murphy and Lauren Edwards.



After seventeen years at 18 Church St., we are finally renovating our humble office suite. In order to do so, the Office will be closed from November 20th to November 28th. While all phone calls and email will be forwarded to a small home satellite office, if there's something you really need from us, please ask before the 20th or after the 28th. We appreciate your patience while we spruce up the place.

As part of the renovation, we will be getting new desks. So, we if you need a desk, let us know. If you move it, it's yours. One desk is a 1940s style wooden desk from Concord Cooperative. Another is a mid-80s metal desk with a right return (from CNB's accounting department). Both of these desks are functional and in decent shape. The 3rd desk is a hand-me-down from the Boys & Girls Club, but is perfect for the garage or basement. If interested, please feel free to stop by and take a look. The office is open from 9 am. to 4 pm., Monday through Thursday, and until 2 pm. on Friday.


  • Director Spotlight: Chuck Randall

    • Randall has been the owner of Randall Properties for the past 10 years. He’s a result-oriented financial management professional with demonstrated experience in all aspects of accounting, finance and cash management. In addition to managing Randall Properties in Hudson, Randall is the Corporate Controller for a large Distributor in Mansfield. Randall is a licensed CPA and completed both his graduate and undergraduate studies at George Mason University. Randall currently serves as the Chamber’s Treasurer and as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.

  • Welcome Aboard

    • The Chamber's Board of Directors recently appointed Linda Dodge and Mary Holtorf to two vacant positions. Linda Dodge is Director of Development for Marlborough Hospital and has served on the Chamber's Marketing Committee this past year. Mary Holtorf owns Art & Soul in downtown Maynard and has been an active participant of the Maynard Matters and Maynard Fest Committees for the past couple of years. We look forward to working with them, to represent you!
