23rd Annual Hudson Community Fest

With the help of a fabulous committee, the Fest is shaping up to be a spectacular event! If you want to get involved, please let us know by May 1st so that we can include you in our media materials.

A few sponsorship opportunities still exist. Sponsorship is $500, $250 and $100. Also, we only have 23 vendor spots left, so if you're sitting on an application, we suggest that you forward it ASAP. We anticipate that we will be sold out by May 8th.

Harvest Golf Classic Slated for Monday, October 19th !

The Chamber has scheduled its 8th Annual Harvest Golf Classic at Charter Oak for Monday, October 19th, at Charter Oak CC. Materials will be mailed and posted on our web site in June. If interested in working on this fun-loving committee, let us know!

Help Your Environment and Get Bucks!

The Chamber sends out monthly email bulletins in addition to bi-monthly mailings. In most cases, information in the monthly emails replicate the information in the mailings! We do this because a certain segment of our membership prefers physical mailings and/or do not utilize email!

However, if you would prefer all correspondence via email, just email us and let us know! Not only will you save resources, we'll forward you a Chamber Buck-- $10 toward almost any Chamber program or event.

·  Seeking Business Network Breakfast and Networking After 5 Sponsors!

There's no better way to market your business than to get people through your door! The Chamber provides two avenues to help you accomplish this!

Business Network Breakfasts are generally scheduled from 8 to 9 am. and are limited to 20 participants. At these events, each participant is given two minutes to introduce themselves and their product. This is a fabulous option if you have a smaller establishment and/or a limited budget, since all you provide is a simple continental breakfast and tables and chairs. .

Networking After 5 Programs attract 40 to 80 attendees and are scheduled on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7 pm. Because they are less formal, they provide more opportunity to be creative. After 5's always include refreshments and dependent on the location may also include tours, demonstrations and or special presentations. These events take a little more space and investment to host, but can be rewarding as well.

We currently have opportunities to host events in June, September and November. If interested, contact the Chamber today.
